With nearly 25 years of experience in the industry of higher education and organizational leadership, I have a passion for helping others cultivate their leadership skills and develop healthy organizational cultures. I bring not only my industry background, but my training and experience in systems thinking and relationship therapy to your executive coaching and leadership development experiences.

Design|Build|Leadership services include a comprehensive consult to help identify your goals and the gaps to achieving them. I believe that the obstacles in your way usually represent the opportunities you need to move forward. It is a matter of identifying and leveraging your strengths within the system. And the beauty of systems work is that the whole is always greater than the sum of the parts. Making changes (usually relational ones) in one part of the system will impact the whole.
My coaching and leadership development work emphasizes responsibility centered relationships, because I believe that we are each responsible for our own growth and development as well as the changes we want within our teams or organizations. We create change by taking responsibility for knowing our own wants, needs, and strengths, increasing our understanding of the systems we are in, and strengthening relationships. Changing ourselves and our approach to solving problems leads to Second Order Change which is long lasting and shows up in changes across our systems of interaction.
Relationships matter. I know how to develop relationships and how to help you strengthen yours.
